DELIVERY INFORMACION :
1.All goods listed on the site are in stock and ready to dispatch but there are occassions when we may be out of an item listed. If this happens, we can offer you a replacement item, a refund or send the correct item on at a later date at no extra charge. Our aim is to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Any orders received before 13:00pm will be processed and dispatched the same day. If the order is placed after 13:00pm, it still could be dispatched the same day or the following day, except late orders on a Friday, where the goods will dispatch the following Monday. All orders are next day delivery but please allow 1 to 2 days in case of unforeseen circumstances. If your order does not arrive the next day, please notify us immediately so we can sort it out as quickly as possible for you. All orders are dispatched with An Post Currier and the charge for this is €5.50 regardless of size or weight. This is a priority service which has a tracking number. You may also collect your order in person. FREE DELIVERY on all orders over €50 Ireland Only!!!

All orders are a two day delivery but please allow 3 to 5 days in case of unforeseen circumstances. If your order does not arrive in three days, please notify us immediately so we can sort it out as quickly as possible for you. All orders are dispatched with An Post Express and the charge for this is €8.50 (£6.50 APPROX).regardless of size or weight. This is a priority service which has a tracking number.
RETURN:
Maxicake LTD, will accept the return of most products up to 2 weeks after date of order. (Edible products are exempt from this policy). We will only accept return of goods which remain in original packaging and which are returned in a re-saleable condition. Once the item is received, we will refund the value of the goods. The customer covers all P&P costs. The exception is, of course, if the item is faulty or incorrect in which case we will immediately offer a refund or be happy to exchange it for another product which we will send out at our expense. We understand it is not always easy to shop online where you only have a picture and description to go on, so we will always do our best to make sure you are happy.
