1. Pricing

Maxicake 's products and prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we will try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for any errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes including VAT.

2. Availability

All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied on the website is an estimate only.
If any order placed with us is found to be out of stock, we will place the out of stock item(s) on Backorder, and send these on separately at our cost. Backordered items may take between 7 - 10 working days to arrive after ordering.
We cannot guarantee to forward on any Backordered items and therefore reserve the right to issue a refund if applicable.
You will be notified through your registered email address if any situation changes to the ordering process.

3. Delivery

Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price.
The delivery charges are shown during checkout and also prior to making payment.

4. Ordering

Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by MAXICAKE LIMITED  of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. For these purposes we may transfer your information to trusted third parties.

5. Returns and Refunds

If the goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery, you should contact MAXICAKE LIMITED within 24 hours of delivery and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund. MAXICAKE LIMITEDt reserves the right to reimburse the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above.
Merchandise must include all original packaging in the original carton. There must be no writing on the manufacturer's box. Incomplete returns will receive a debit reflecting any missing items.

6. Liability

MAXICAKE LIMITED liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of MAXICAKE LIMITED or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.

Prices of goods and delivery displayed on the MAXICAKE LIMITED  website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to change without prior notice.

While every care has been taken in the presentation of information on this site, including product descriptions, pictures and pricing, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. No representation is made and no responsibility accepted for reliance upon the information as being complete, accurate or up to date.

We advise you to make your own enquiries and satisfy yourself in all respects to the products you are considering purchasing.

Your information will never be shared with any third party other than those required to fulfil your order. We use RELAX PAYMENT  as our payment gateway. RELAX PAYMENT is one of the IRELAND  most trusted brands. When you order online all your information is securely encrypted and at no point do we have any contact with your card details.

While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details (see Security), MAXICAKE LIMITED cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by third parties. All personal details are handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and our own Privacy Policy.
