PME Brown Cocoa Butter Velvet Spray 100ml
The velvet spray is ideal for chilled desserts such as cheesecakes, mousse and ice creams. Simply shake well and ensure that the can is warmed to 25c-35c before use by placing it in warm water. Spray onto the chilled or frozen surface, at a distance of approximately 25-30cm. The end result is a luxuriously fresh layer of texture without altering the taste!
