Our Fondant or sugar paste is ideal to work with, its handling, kneading and stretching needs a little more strength than the SugarPastry line. It provides a subtle finish and a high class texture which are two of the most important factors for a quality result. Pleasant citrus flavour.

How to use:       

Ready-to-use product, in cake design and bakery products.

Ingredients:

Sugar, glucose, vegetable fats (palm kernel in variable proportions), stabiliser (E420), colouring (E170), water, thickener (xanthan gum), preservative (E202), acidulant (citric acid) and flavouring.

Allergens: Gluten Free, Kosher and halal certified.

Available formats: 5kg.

Optimum temperature: 18 - 25°C; Maximum relative humidity: 40 - 50%. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
