It is very important that they are kept sealed properly in their bag to avoid drying out and cracking until ready for use. Using Edible Icing Sheets: Sheets can be used on fondant, buttercream, royal icing & chocolate. If you need to cut your image, use a scissors or sharp knife. If your image does not peel off easily, leave in the open air for 10 mins or put in the freezer for a couple of mins, it should then peel off easily.

Essentials - Vegetable Gelatine (20g / 0.7oz)

Essentials - Gum Arabic (20g / 0.7oz). Great for stabilising, emulsifying and thickening. Use this to bind flavours. Mix with water to make edible glue or use as a glaze. Arabic Gum can be used as a binder and thickener for sugar paste and is great for firming up Sugar Paste so it is more pliable.

Simply knead the petal powder into your paste to turn it into gum paste. Pot contains 20 g (0.7 oz.).
