These lightweight cake drums are a perfect alternative to our traditional cake drum. These lightweight premium cake drums have a strong cardboard inner which is lighter than our traditional fibre board. The finished cake board is approximately 12mm thick. With a premium foil finish; the sides of the drums are wrapped separately rather than folded over the top which gives a smoother finish. The base of the drum is finished in white paper.

A Cake Drum is the strongest and thickest type of Cakeboard, being 12mm thick and comprising a bonded fibre board inner covered on the top and sides with fern embossed aluminium foil, with a white paper lined base.
