Pastry Colours flavouring paste concentrate is a product used in the food and beverage industry to provide flavour and aroma to different products. Low dosage. Intense flavour. Application: Catering and bakery. Dosage: 5-7g/kg of finished product. Ingredients: Water, sugar, flavourings, glucose syrup, colouring agents E102*, E150d and E129*, stabilisers E415 and E466, acidifier E315 and E466, acidifier E129*, stabilisers E415 and E466, acidifier E330 and preservative E202. *May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Directions for use: Mix with the rest of the ingredients.
