They have a paste-like texture that not only provides flavor but also color, avoiding the addition of food coloring. If a more intense color is desired, any food coloring can be added. They are also suitable for cold preparations, such as milkshakes, ice cream, and soft drinks. Simply adding the paste flavoring to milk creates a delicious milkshake.
