Comes in a set of 2. Each smoother measures: 95 x 187 mm (3 ¾ x 7 ¼ in) The flat edge is perfect for using on the sides of taller cakes and for those sharp corners. Made from durable food-grade plastic, it can be easily cleaned with warm soapy water. PME Tall Cake smoothers are great to create silky smooth coating on the surfaces and edges of taller celebration cakes.
