Decorating cakes with small chocolate bars is probably one of the biggest and sweetest baking trends of recent years! It's done with this silicone mold.  The advantage of silicone over conventional molds: you can remove the hardened chocolate without breaking it. What's more, this silicone mold is even microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe! (-40°C to 220°C).
