Chefdelíce emulsified flavorings in paste are highly resistant to baking due to their qualities. The flavor is encapsulated in natural stabilizers, preventing flavor loss due to the high temperatures caused by baking. They are formulated with a water-based and fat-soluble ingredients. They have a paste-like texture that not only provides flavor but also color, avoiding the addition of food coloring. If a more intense color is desired, any food coloring can be added. They are also suitable for cold preparations, such as milkshakes, ice cream, and soft drinks. Simply adding the paste flavoring to milk creates a delicious milkshake. DOSAGE: Between 2 and 5 g per kilo of dough to be flavored. GLUTEN-FREE.
